Who Wer Are
rACHYITA fOUNDATION is a National, independent development youth-led Organization dedicated to uplifting rural communities by addressing critical issues such as sanitation, menstrual hygiene, healthcare, education, environmental preservation, and library and rural sports development.
The Rachyita Foundation was founded in 2024 with a strong focus on integrity, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to creating a positive impact in communities.
At Rachyita Foundation We Envision A Future That Is Sustainable And Inclusive For All, Striving Towards The Creation Of A Fair And Equitable Society. Our Goal Is To Ensure Equal Opportunities And Access To Services At Every Level, Fostering A Community Where Everyone Can Thrive.
What We Do
Training and capacity building
Engage in theme-specific and self-reflective training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building sessions withstakeholders, community members, and youth. These sessions are designed to enhance understanding and promote personal growth within the group.
Postive Change
We are committed to creating positive change in communities by addressing social issues, promoting equality, and advocating for those in need.
Job Readiness Workshops
We conduct job- readiness training, including mock interviews, resume building, and workplace etiquette, preparing youth for successful employment.
Skill development programmes
Enhancing skills and life skills development are essential for gaining expertise and understanding, ultimately leading to better employment opportunities.
Youth empowerment programmes
Empowering and mobilizing young individuals through policy advocacy, mentorship programs, fellowships, volunteer opportunities, and the establishment of youth groups to cultivate the leaders of tomorrow.
