Founder & Leadership
Suresh Luhar, the visionary founder of Rachyita Foundation, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rabindranath Tagore University. Driven by a deep commitment to social equity, he founded the organisation to help bridge gaps in education, healthcare and environmental sustainability in rural India.
Under his leadership, initiatives such as Future Fellowship, Mission Healthcare, Menstrual Hygiene Management, Prakriti Suraksha Abhiyan and community libraries have created holistic and sustainable impact across villages.
